With the polyaspartic... read more materials, the installation took one day with one day curing before walking on it, and another day curing before bringing cars and contents back into the garage. The smell was small relative to epoxy. We did the floor, headwall (necessary for a finished look), and we were glad they recommended doing the steps from the garage floor into the house - a nice finishing touch that works well.
